During your stay, join us at Cousinas, Hotel Damier’s restaurant, where relaxed fine dining meets honest local cooking. Chef Dave, sous-chef Arne and their team take familiar local flavours and add influences from around the world, staying true to their West Flemish roots.
The menu follows the seasons, and everything is made in-house. Expect refined dishes featuring fresh fish, Belgian meat, seasonal vegetables and carefully selected cheeses, with unexpected flavours and textures.

Arriving by car? Our spacious car park is accessed via Jan Persijnstraat, with no street number. Parking is free at lunchtime for guests dining in our restaurants. From 5 pm, parking is charged at €18 per night.
