We proudly present our new young talent. Since October 30th our kitchen team is headed by a new chef. Martijn Defauw learned the tricks of the trade in renowned restaurants like ’the Auberge Herborist’ and ’Table d’amis’. With a passion for cooking Martijn and his talented souschef Niels Vroman rework our classic menu for a contemporary creation. We would like to invite you to enjoy this culinary enrichment.
